About the Airport Business Center

Our team of professionals develops and manages property with long-term ownership in mind. We place an emphasis on tenant relations, leasing, market analysis, financial management and accounting reporting. We have a long list of lasting relationships that we’ve cultivated with our clients over the years. While actively managing our properties, we maintain a high level of occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Location

Our park is within the Sonoma County Airport Industrial Area Specific Plan area, which will ultimately accommodate 603 acres of industrial development (412 acres of industrial park and 191 acres of heavy industrial), 5 acres of retail commercial, and 140 acres of agricultural and open space.

ABC is about five miles north of downtown Santa Rosa with easy access to U.S. Highway 101. The park has commanding views of surrounding hills and Mount St. Helena. Large redwoods and mature oak trees are nestled throughout the park. Over 50 acres of vineyards, dedicated as scenic easements, front along U.S. Highway 101.

Our headquarters is located within the park in the “Laughlin House”, a two-story Victorian originally built in 1876. The Laughlin House is a Sonoma County landmark and listed in the National Register of Historic Places. We restored the Laughlin House in 1990 and built three adjacent craftsman-styled office buildings that blend with the natural surroundings while preserving the historic integrity of the Laughlin House architecture.

Airport Business Center Owners’ Association

All landowners in the park belong to Airport Business Center Owners’ Association, Inc, which maintains the first 25 feet of street frontage within the park and all common areas. The association is responsible for the professionally maintained streetscape throughout the entire business park. Also included are the picnic areas and the ponds along Aviation Boulevard, as well as the ABC monument signs throughout the park.
